We are here to help you find your way, with volunteers, understanding, and an individual approach tailored to your campaign needs.
Recognize. Understand. Impower.
Every person is unique and has their own challenges and opportunities. As the committee, we will support each candidate equally during the primary. We will establish that you represent the Democratic Platform and our community. We will help with providing opportunities for those who are running as democrats to get their message out to the public and other like-minded groups. We cannot support one over the other.
We can help you with free access to VAN. Voter Activation Network (VAN) is the company that powers Votebuilder, the online CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) tool that Democratic Parties and candidates around the country use to organize for the election of candidates at all levels of government.
VAN was founded in 2001 and has since grown to be the most widely used organizing tool for field campaigns use by Democrats.
As a candidate, we will do everything we can to help you win. This includes posting, supporting involved candidacy, and getting word out about your candidacy in any way you deem appropriate.
We value each person as an individual and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to offer you a supportive and respectful campaign.

Mississippi is home to a small but vital community of immigrants. About 2.5 percent of the state's residents are foreign-born, and 1.3 percent of its U.S.-born residents live with at least one immigrant parent. Immigrants make up 3.3 percent of Mississippi's labor force and support the state's economy in many ways.
Mississippi Votes is an organization of intergenerational synergy centering and led by young people invested in the progression of Mississippi. We do this through our programming and outreach strategies that empowers young people, encourages civic engagement, and educates communities on voting rights through place-based grassroots organizing.
Mississippi Black Women’s Roundtable works tirelessly to increase the civic engagement of Black women and girls, equipping them to take their seats at the tables where policies impacting their lives are made. In a state where so few policy decisions are made in the best interest of women–especially Black women–MS BWR knows the importance of exercising the right to vote. Real change starts with you at the ballot box.
The League is a political grassroots network and membership organization that believes the freedom to vote is a nonpartisan issue. For more than a century, we’ve worked to empower voters and defend democracy. As a women-led organization, we encourage everyone to take part in our democracy.
